Sherry is an affiliate broker with Brick & Mortar Properties and has had her license since spring of 2021. She previously had her real estate license in New York during the bank crisis, and remembered how she had helped people achieve their dream of home ownership despite hard times. So, even through a bad surgery and illness, in which she had Covid multiple times, she was determined to get it again.
Sherry sought training in mortgage origination and credit building and repair. She also worked three years as a notary signing agent in New York for a title company. She has worked with out of state buyers and divorcing couples. Property management is part of her background as well. Through all this, Sherry has also had her own properties and helped others.
Sherry loves helping people in the decision of acquiring a new place to call home. She is certified in foreclosure and short sales as well as with working with investors. She herself was one. Overall, she considers herself well rounded and will always do the right thing for her clients.
